We absolutely LOVE Dr Gissel and his entire staff!!! We started going to Dr. Gissel many years ago when my husband suddenly broke a tooth and could NOT get in to see the dentist we were going to at the time. There was no alternative, and he desperately needed help ASAP. It was after hours, and most dentists would not see him because he wasn't a patient there. After calling around, and getting discouraged, we called Dr. Gissel's office. They were SOOO great and understanding! They listened as Ron explained the situation, and said, Yes, come on in. My husband came in and got the immediate relief from the pain and misery he was dealing with. Afterwards, my husband told me HOW wonderful Dr Gissel is, and the staff. how caring, and professional, and how gentle. The whole family ended up changing dentists, and we ALL go to Dr. G now :) He is very caring, does excellent work, listens to concerns, and really sees you as a person. He understands the financial aspect of having to wait to get a Crown replaced, etc., but is also good at letting you know when you can NOT wait. If one of your teeth has a cavity, and you need to get it fixed as soon as possible, he is very good at explaining it to you, and why you shouldn't wait. He's very gentle with giving shots, (this is MY worst part), and really wants to make the whole experience at his office as painless and comfortable as possible. I know we all feel that our dental needs are truly being met at Dr. Gissel's office. And we LOVE his staff!! I don't have them all memorized, as I don't see them all, but AMY in the Office/billing department is Awesome!! Very sweet, and works with you. She understands about costs, and really cares. Stephanie is really nice, and helps with appointments, and cares if you have to call in and cancel due to an illness, etc. She's kind also. Michelle is Dr. Gissel's assistant with Crowns, fillings, etc. and she's Wonderful too! Very good, and knows her stuff. They are a Superb team together and I always know we are in good hands. She just gave me a temporary Crown, and it is SO comfortable! I was impressed with how smooth she got it, and the fit. Kristi keeps our teeth clean for us, and we Love her too :) She's very gentle, and does a great job! She knows my problem areas, and is careful with those. She's the only one who has ever done the, "Gum check" (I can't remember the proper word for it, where they measure the recession of your gums) where it does NOT hurt me! Anyway, I know this is lengthy, but I just wanted to let people know that Dr. Gissel is the Best dentist we have ever gone to, and we are all very thankful that we found him. :) He cares about us, and our whole family, and let's face it- None of us want to go to the dentist! But Dr. G and his office are So great...I don't mind it now. :)

If you like your appt's to start on time, he's your man. Professionalism is also outstanding, high quality work.
